Up to 4 days per week available, with flexibility on session length and booking blocks.

Role Snapshot
• ACP clinics covering urgent, same day and selected long term condition work.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and management for a broad patient cohort.
• Work autonomously within scope, using local and national guidelines to support decisions.
• Prescribe, review and optimise medications where qualified and competent to do so.
• Request and interpret investigations, arranging follow up and referrals appropriately.
• Support clinical governance through accurate documentation and safe escalation of risk.

Requirements
• Relevant professional registration and ACP level qualification or equivalent capability.
• Independent Prescribing qualification where required for the position.
• Recent UK primary care or urgent care experience with strong clinical reasoning skills.
• Up to date safeguarding training and understanding of referral and escalation pathways.
• Confidence with clinical systems and maintaining high quality records.

Working Pattern
• Temporary and ad hoc cover available, with potential for ongoing sessions.
• Up to 4 days per week available, with flexibility to tailor to your schedule.
• Daytime working with agreed appointment templates before each booking.
• Consistency of sessions is welcomed but not essential.
